Our story
Asphalt Solutions Vietnam JSC is a member of AS Energy (UAE), founded with a simple vision: delivering standard-compliant bitumen to the right project at the right time. Our head office is located on Level 46, Bitexco Financial Tower, 02 Hai Trieu Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
We are developing a depot network across the North, Central and South of Vietnam, combined with bitumen imported from the Middle East, Singapore and South Korea — the foundation for a stable year-round supply to the country's accelerating transport infrastructure projects.
With a skilled, professional team of industry specialists, we aim to become one of the leading suppliers and manufacturers of asphalt emulsion, cold mix asphalt and bitumen distribution in Vietnam.

Penetration-grade and polymer-modified bitumen imported directly from the Middle East, Singapore and South Korea under long-term contracts — stable pricing and delivery schedules all year round.
End-to-end logistics
A three-region depot network under development together with a fleet of hot-heated tanker trucks — delivered within your construction window, even in bulk volumes.
In-house manufacturing
An asphalt emulsion plant and large-capacity cold mix asphalt facilities, controlling quality from raw material input to bagged finished product.
Strong technical team
Skilled engineers and technical staff advising on material selection, coordinating mix design testing and supervising paving work together with contractors.

We are developing depots across Vietnam's three regions — shortening transport distances and cutting delivery times for every project.
Central region depot
Production plant and depot at Phuoc Nam Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa Province — supporting coastal infrastructure and the Central section of the North–South expressway
Northern region depot
Depot at Lien Viet Warehouse, Dinh Vu, Hai Phong City — serving expressway and urban road projects across the northern region
Southern region depot
Depot at Long Binh Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province — serving Ho Chi Minh City, the South East region and the Mekong Delta provinces

Quality commitment
Every shipment leaves our depots with a complete test certificate from our reference laboratory, complying with the corresponding TCVN 8860:2017, ASTM and AASHTO standards.
Our quality control process is applied consistently from raw material intake through production and storage to delivery — with traceability records for every batch throughout the product life cycle.
